ACDL is a professional civil construction company.  We have worked across Ghana including Accra, Tema, Kumasi, Tamale and Takoradi.  Our approximate 25 men and women technical and professional staff are trained each year by both external courses and in-house courses.  We have successfully received the Energy Commission license for our electrical technicians.

Our Senior Staff includes the MD who has a PMP (Project Management Profession supervisors).  The supervisors not only enforce Quality Assurance (QA), timelines but are also mindful of workers’ safety and well-being on site.

We carry on WCB (Worker’s Compensation) Insurance and insist that clients pay for Contractors All Risk Insurance.  We insist and prefer to work with other professionals to protect the clients interests including Design Architects, Project Architects, Civil Engineers, Electromechanical Engineers and other building professionals.

Other specialties that ACDL has are the following:  We have a Block Factory at Lakeside Estate which produces quality concrete blocks, pavement slabs and pavement stones.  All our work is tested and guaranteed.  We also import and install Kitchen Cabinets with our designers and installers.  We are also experts in Concrete Wall Technology (CWS) and have successfully built four projects including the 3-storey Sunshine Flats.
