It houses both cellular and open plan office layouts and can also boast of state-of-the-art conference room, kitchenettes, storage and archive rooms and an on-site parking space with a 160-car capacity.
Silver Star Tower offices are leased for short-, medium- and long-term occupation on all-inclusive terms upon arrangement.

Commercial terms include rent, rates, and service charge, on-site management, data infrastructure, fit-out, furniture and communication room facilities. Use to restaurants facilities is also open to all occupiers.
